Through the local White Cross groups across Canada, we have numerous connections to local businesses who donate items to us. And we consider them as our partners.
As you can see the number of local groups above, we can hardly list all the partners on our website.
We are praising God for connecting us to each of them!
Below are just a few categories of those partners who offered to us generously. If you know similar businesses in your area, see if they could join the mission through material donations or through collaboration.
(Donation receipts for some large items could be issued through Emmanuel Foundation.)
Inns & Hotels
If they have sheets and pillow cases that are retiring, they could either be used as is at hospitals/guest houses or be prepared into bandages or absorbent squares.
Clinics
If you know someone from any clinic, ask if they would be interested in donating supplies and retired equipment. As we send container-full of items to many hospitals, supplies and equipment from any department could be helpful.
Nursing Homes
Do they have any plan of retiring beds and walking aids? Are they looking for some meaningful motor-skill activities? Introduce what we do to them, and see if your group could coordinate transportation/work day together!
